Job Description

Responsible to provide the necessary knowledge to ensure the required Bosch competence level of apprentices in Technical Education Center.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, development and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.
  • Supervision of tasks assigned to apprentices
  • Provide the necessary Instruction / knowledge to the apprentices
  • Assure 6’s program within TEC (Dual Education Program)
  • Control indicators for Policy Deployment.

Planning, development and control of apprenticeship program:

  • Responsible to implement the educational plan of the TEC.
  • Considering plant goals and training needs to reach required competence.
  • Transfer to the apprentices his/her technical competencies, according the specialty assigned.
  • Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the apprentices.
  • Provide necessary information and knowledge according to needs of the TEC.
  • Identify, evaluate and assign development measures to fulfill apprentice competencies.
  • Create educational reports as necessary.
  • Participate in the apprentice selection process.
  • Provide the necessary information for the selection of equipment, tools and material.
  • Develop the material, manuals and practices needed by the classes.
  • Keep up to date knowledge in technology upgrades in JuP1 plant needs.

Supervision of tasks assigned to apprentices.

  • Evaluate and follow the technical knowledge and behavior of the apprentices.
  • Coordinate Technical Education Center scholar activities.
  • Follow up the development of the apprentices.
  • Responsible to transmit and measure the apprentice knowledge.
  • Assure implementation of safety standard procedures and create a culture of safety environment.

Keep up to day procedures and policies.

  • Will be responsible that the Technical Education Center associates & apprentices under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal & external regulations
  • Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job

Control indicators for Policy Deployment

  • Ensure compliance indicators of the TEC Planning, development and control of JuP1 internal associates.
  • Transfer to the associates his/her technical competencies, according the specialty assigned.
  • Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the associates.
  • Provide necessary information and knowledge according to needs of the JuP1 plant.
  • Identify, evaluate and assign development measures to fulfill associates competencies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering mechatronic related (Mechatronic, Electronic,

Mechanic, Electromechanics).

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in PLC (programming and maintenance)
  • Strong knowledge Robotics (staubli, ABB, KUKA, ETC)
  • Electrical control
  • Pneumatic
  • FORI (Train the trainers)
  • TWI (Training within Industry)

Softskills:

  • Leadership, communication, negotiation, teamwork, high responsibility and sense of urgency, high analytical skills in problem solving, people oriented, group management, motivator and Self Motivated, Initiative, Self-starter.
  • Computer skills, Windows environment and Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work with several projects at the same time and well organized.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge to other persons.
  • Advanced English
