Your mission

Location: France, Paris

  • Support pre-sales activities for warehouse automation projects, including customer requirement analysis, site surveys, data analysis, process assessment, and solution design.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand operational needs and develop suitable AMR and warehouse automation solutions.
  • Prepare solution layouts, preliminary calculations, technical proposals, presentations, and other materials for customer discussions and tender activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions, and help clarify solution concepts and project requirements.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and work with Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery teams to continuously improve proposed solutions.
  • Support detailed engineering, testing, commissioning, and project acceptance activities after project award.
  • Collaborate closely with both local and China-based teams to ensure clear technical communication and smooth project execution.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in AGV/AMR, intralogistics, warehouse automation, system integration, or a related technical field.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, and automation concepts, with the ability to support customer requirement analysis and solution design.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with simulation software such as FlexSim is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Able to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
  • Fluent in French and Mandarin, with good working proficiency in English.
