The School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering tackles big-picture research challenges through its four research centres Advanced Materials Processing and Manufacturing, Hypersonics, Multiscale Energy Systems, and Future Autonomous Systems and Technologies. Driven by the strength of our teaching and industry collaborations, our vision is to do more than support a better future – it’s to train and empower the right people to take us there. Our comprehensive teaching program in engineering includes undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Mechanical, Aerospace, Biomedical, Materials, Mechatronic and Mining engineering.
