UnitX was built in 2018 by a team of engineers from Stanford, MIT, and Google with deep respect for the manufacturing industry, UnitX is a robotics company automating repetitive visual tasks in manufacturing industries. We have made this physically demanding and unsafe job an innovative, precise, and easy-to-deploy process all while using deep learning and robotics. UnitX has deployed our product on production lines throughout the country where we have increased the defect inspection rate while simultaneously amplifying the cycle time far above that of a human inspector.
