MSR-FSR, Materials Support Resources and Field Support Resources, provides on-site services with certified FSEs, and off-site programs with regional service centers — that are able to repair, clean, rebuild and replace critical manufacturing parts and assemblies for the Semiconductor, Solar and Pharmaceutical industries. Our FSR team, is available to support or manage your critical programs including tool moves, plant shutdowns or conversion projects. MSR-FSR tailors its offerings to suit the needs of the customer, from Installation, Commissioning & Qualification to De-Install, Decommissioning, Shipping, and Storage. This division also provides Quality Assurance and Control services, from Quality Assurance Representatives to Certification Testing Services.
