We offer complete solutions for all your forging, machining, heat treating and welding needs for several target markets including Mining and Construction, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Marine, Defense & Military, Power Generation, Automotive & Heavy Truck and Industrial. Utilizing the closed-die forging process, ETFN forges carbon, alloy and stainless steels, as well as titanium and nickel-based alloys to near net shape replacing castings, combining multiple fabricated components and reducing weight and lead-time on new parts. Together with the other manufacturing facilities of the Ellwood Closed Die Group, our extensive forging capabilities include: - Mechanical press lines up to 7,000 tons - Screw presses to 16,000 tons - Conventional hammers to 50,000 pounds - Hydraulic presses to 11,000 tons - Counter blow hammers up to 80 meter-tons
