UAV Demo Manager

We are looking for a UAV Demo Manager who would be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical demonstrations of our UAV systems for customers, partners, and government stakeholders. As a Demo Manager you must be able to translate complex technology into practical operational value for customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial teams, ensuring that demonstrations clearly showcase system capabilities while aligning with business objectives.

Your roadmap to make an impact

Demo Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute UAV system demonstrations for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Own the technical preparation and operational execution of demos, ensuring systems are configured and ready for mission scenarios.

• Demonstrate UAV capabilities in realistic operational scenarios.

Technical Ownership

• Serve as the technical lead for demonstration activities within the Demo Team.

• Translate complex UAV technology and system capabilities into clear, compelling explanations tailored to different audiences.

• Ensure all demonstration systems are properly configured, tested, and validated prior to customer engagements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Manufacturing for demo hardware allocation and demand requests.

• Work closely with commercial team to support customer engagements and events.

• Act as the technical point of contact (PoC) during demonstrations and technical briefings.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support commercial team with technical credibility during customer interactions.

• Support with live demonstrations and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Who you are

• Military or defense background, particularly in UAV or unmanned systems operations.

• Experience with Model RC aircraft flying or similar remote vehicle operation.

• Experience supporting technical demonstrations, field trials, or proof-of-concept activities.

• Familiarity with mission planning, autonomy systems, or UAV ground control software.

• Strong ability to explain technical systems in simple, convincing language.

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate systems in the field.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and external stakeholders.

• Strong coordination and organizational skills across multiple teams.
