  • Act as the key interface between business areas, capital projects and digital delivery teams, ensuring requirements across equipment, automation, infrastructure, data, and digital platforms are clear, aligned and coordinated.

  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Automation, Quality, CSV, IT/OT, global platform owners and technology vendors to drive decisions, resolve dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.

  • Ensure digital solutions meet business, GMP, CSV, cybersecurity and data-integrity requirements, supported by appropriate documentation, testing, change control and handover arrangements.

  • Ensure technologies address defined business needs and are successfully embedded into site operations, with clear ownership, training, support arrangements and measurable benefits.

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

  • 8+ years’ experience project managing the delivering of digital technology, engineering, or automation projects within a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma/biotech preferred).

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology, or transformation projects.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across Capital Projects, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Digital/IT organisations.

  • Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.

  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 solutions, IIoT, Digital Twin, manufacturing data, or automation is highly beneficial.
