Base Hourly Compensation Range: $25 - $28
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to DrinkPAK’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput.

**LOCATION:**The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
Type: Full-time, Regular.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports.Physical and visual inspection of product is required to prevent non-conforming goods.Correctly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
Demonstrate the aptitude and skills to work in all assigned areas of production; troubleshoots minor production line issues and performs relief duties when required.
Adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations
Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership
Maintain appropriate level of raw materials as required, to ensure production lines incur minimal downtime
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and job shadowing
Interact and maintain positive relationships with all levels of leadership
Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management
Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all Drink Pak’s policies and procedures
Establish and maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
Depalletizer
Inspect pallets and cans for defects, record all pallet numbers in WMS
Quality check and ensure proper flow of product through production line. Address basic issues that arises.
Pasteurizer
Ensure recipe and temperature are accurate in computer console based on campaign record.
Monitor machine and manually push cans through at end of run
Filler
Ensure accuracy of labels and schedule based on campaign record
Operate and troubleshoot multiple machines when needed to maintain operation.
Run software for two machines and ensure they are working together
Westrock
Load trays & glue into machine
Maintain a clean area, monitor, and clear out tray jams or fallen cans
Sleever
Ensure proper placement of labels on cans
Replace rolls when necessary
Clear out rips and rethread roles, clear jams and remove labels
Tray Packer
Load trays & film into the machine
Ensure UPC code is accurate on the label and case and the cans match the trays.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma of Graduate Equivalency Diploma required. (Technical certifications or vocational training in mechatronics or industrial maintenance is a plus)
At least 1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably in high-speed packaging, bottling, or canning operation.
Experience operating, setting up, or maintaining packaging line equipment (e.g., labelers, fillers, case packers, palletizers, shrink wrappers).
Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and food safety regulations. (Hands-on experience with cleanroom or sanitary production protocols preferred).
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. (Able to identify and report equipment issues or perform minor adjustments)
Ability to problem solve and multitask
2 years working in a team setting environment
Basic experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with computerized systems or SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)/HMI (Human-Machine Interface) (Data entry for production tracking or equipment status reporting.)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read and communicate in English

WORKING CONDITIONS:
