Technician 2, Equipment Maintenance

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day to maintain the equipment or lines at good condition. Repair breakdown of critical machines.

Education & Experience

• Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate in engineering or science in one of the following specializations: Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in Mechanical/Electrical /Electronic/Semiconductor in manufacturing environment.

Skills

• Ability to operate, repair and perform maintenance and troubleshoot for manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in AM or equivalent systems, PM, Predictive maintenance, 5W (Or other Problem-Solving Tools), Downtime.
• Good to use AutoCAD, or relevant Mechanical Design Software.
• Ability to perform basic reading PLC program, electrical drawing, manual in English.
• Good experience in PLC, HMI, inverter, stepper, servo motor, industrial communication protocol.
• Ability to use basic English communication, reading, writing.
• Experience in spare parts monitoring and controlling.
• Familiar with SAP software or relevant PM software is a plus.
