The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to act as the strategic bridge between our hardware and design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. You will lead cross-functional programs from inception through delivery, ensuring our LiDAR technology moves seamlessly from initial definition to mass production.

Responsibilities
NPI (New Product Introduction): Lead planning, execution, and day-to-day actions for hardware and software engineering teams, including manufacturing readiness and supplier management.
Program Lifecycle Management: Drive programs, define lifecycle and scope, set milestones, and manage budget and schedule for complex programs
Development Cycle Oversight: Manage engineering change control for product lifecycle, overseeing the transition to mass production and field resolution.
Technical Risk & Schedule Management: Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical status across teams and provide clear, actionable, and measurable direction.
Process Excellence: Implement and scale processes to optimize engineering way of working.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, ideally within a startup or hardware-focused environment.
Technical Depth: Proven experience with complex hardware systems and a strong understanding of system architecture. Technical experience with LiDAR systems and/or silicon photonics preferred
NPI Knowledge: Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, supply chain management, and working with Contract Manufacturers (CM).
Project Management: Experience in leading cross functional teams and/or managing engineering projects, including budget management and vendor relations.
