Role

You will serve as the central point of contact for technical knowledge related to FANUC robotics products across Europe. Working closely with our European subsidiaries and headquarters in Japan, you will ensure that technical know-how is captured, structured, continuously developed, and made sustainably accessible. In addition, you will support the introduction of new products and grow into a key contact for complex technical topics and support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the structure, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical knowledge databases and documentation within the robotics domain.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare technical information related to FANUC robots, software functions, applications, and new products.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and availability of technical information for FANUC subsidiaries across Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with technical experts across Europe and with FANUC headquarters in Japan.
  • Further develop existing knowledge structures through digital, automated, and AI-supported solutions.
  • Act as a technical expert for FANUC robotics products and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues within second-level support.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in robotics, automation, technical support, service engineering, testing, technical documentation, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with technical documentation, knowledge management, technical data structures, or process improvement is an advantage.
  • Strong affinity for digital tools, Microsoft 365, and modern technologies including Artificial Intelligence.
  • Proven ability to analyze, structure, and communicate technical information in a clear and effective manner.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style, combined with very good English communication skills, both written and spokenprovement, digitalization, or automation projects is an advantage
