About this Job

As a Service Product Manager, you shape the global service products of the Nordex Group and support our international organization with clear, robust, and market‑oriented solutions. You work closely with markets, service units, and central functions and directly contribute to our business success.

Your Task

  • Define the roadmap for IT‑ and SCADA‑related service products and align it with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Analyze markets, competitors, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and trends while considering regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT security, and service teams to develop technical solutions and translate them into clear service offerings.
  • Prepare product documentation, pricing structures, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Support global sales teams with technical and commercial expertise during tenders and negotiations.
  • Develop business cases and proposals for new service products and drive decision‑making processes.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure a smooth product development and rollout process.
  • Support the international service organization during market launch and operational implementation.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, product development, or strategy for digital products such as IT, SCADA, or communication technology.
  • Proven experience in developing and launching service products.
  • Knowledge of security principles, international standards (e.g., ISO, IEC), and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills paired with a structured and reliable working style.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; intercultural experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments.
  • Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
