Senior Technical Project Manager

Enclustra is an innovative, dynamic and growing company with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and offices worldwide. We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.

To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:

Senior Technical Project Manager

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex product development projects in electronics, embedded systems, or FPGA-based products.

• Proven track record of delivering hardware and software products from concept through validation and production release.

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk management skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

• Lead end-to-end development projects for Enclustra modules and baseboards, from approved specification to validated product release.

• Plan and manage project scope, resources, budget, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure successful execution.

• Drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks and escalations, and facilitate resolution of technical and organizational challenges.

• Ensure successful product validation, release readiness, and completion of all required technical and manufacturing documentation.
