Enclustra is an innovative, dynamic and growing company with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and offices worldwide. We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.
To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:
Senior Technical Project Manager
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex product development projects in electronics, embedded systems, or FPGA-based products.
Proven track record of delivering hardware and software products from concept through validation and production release.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
Lead end-to-end development projects for Enclustra modules and baseboards, from approved specification to validated product release.
Plan and manage project scope, resources, budget, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure successful execution.
Drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks and escalations, and facilitate resolution of technical and organizational challenges.
Ensure successful product validation, release readiness, and completion of all required technical and manufacturing documentation.
