The Role:

As aSenior Robot softwareIntegration Engineer, you will play a critical role inintegratingperception, planning, control, and hardware into a unified and robust robot system,andfurthervalidateitssystem-level function andperformance. Your contributions will span performanceanalysis anddebugging across the full robotics stack. This position is ideal for a hands-on systems thinker who thrives in multidisciplinary collaboration and is passionate about building real-world autonomous robots.

You will work cross-functionally with experts in hardware,perception, planning, and control to ensure the robotoperatesreliably, safely, and efficiently in diverseenvironments.You’llalso contribute to system diagnostics, real-time performance tuning, and continuous improvement of system robustness andintegrationworkflows.

About The Organization:

TheRobotics Software team is pioneering the next generation of autonomous robotic systems, focusing on autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and intelligent robotic platforms. We develop full-stack robotics capabilities—fromperceptionand planning to control and system integration—bringinginnovative, real-world autonomous solutions to the future of the work.

What You'll Do:

  • Integrate andvalidaterobot software modules (perception, planning, control) with robotic hardware components into a cohesive robotic system.

  • Perform in-depth system-level testing,identifyperformance bottlenecks, and develop solutions for real-time robotics operation.

  • Collaborate closely with hardware,perception, andcontrolsteams to ensure system-wide reliability, robustness, and safety.

  • Develop tools and processes for robot system bring-up, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Debug complex integrationand validationissues involving sensors,computehardware, real-time systems, and robotics middleware.

  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and influence the roadmap for robot integration infrastructure.

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers across functional boundaries.

Your Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor'sorMaster’s in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, ora relatedtechnical field.

  • Strong experience in system-level robotics integration, particularly with AMRs or similar real-world robot deployments.

  • Proficiencyin ROS/ROS 2, Linux, C++, and Python.

  • Hands-on experience with sensor integration (e.g., LiDAR, cameras, IMUs), and embedded computing platforms.

  • Strong systemdebugging skills: experience with networking, profiling, performance tracing, and log-based issue analysis.

  • Familiarity with real-time operating constraints, safety, and reliability considerations in robotics.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge:

  • Experience with simulation tools and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.

  • Background in deploying robotic systems in production or operational environments.

  • Exposure to SLAM, localization, or multi-robot coordination is a plus.

  • AV/ADAS integration or industrial automation experience is a bonus.
