We are looking for aSenior Product Managerto lead the strategy and execution of ourFirmware and Embedded Software solutionsat proteanTecs.

This isn’t just a role—it’s an opportunity toinfluence the future of electronics and next-generation chips. You’ll work at the intersection of hardware and software, guiding innovations that will impact industries from automotive to AI.

Position location:in our Haifa or TLV offices, at least one working day at the secondary site (Hybrid model)

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or in leading teams developing firmware or embedded software products.
• Strong technical understanding of embedded systems and hardware-software integration.
• A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
• A strong communicator, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and roadmap for FW and Embedded SW solutions that enable cutting-edge performance, reliability,and safety.
• Collaborate with world-class engineering teams to deliver features that integrate deeply with advanced ICs.
• Translate customer needs into actionable strategies and ensure successful deployments across different verticals.
• Monitor and analyze product deliveries, usage, and performance to make data-driven optimization decisions.
