Kodiak Robotics, Inc. was founded in 2018 and has become a leader in autonomous ground transportation committed to a safer and more efficient future for all. The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions across different customer applications. In this role you will be the directly responsible individual for the full product lifecycle for your area of responsibility, which requires a unique blend of technical depth in autonomous systems, product sensibility, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership with a strong understanding of customer-centric product deployment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Execution: Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user’s expectations.
- Prioritization: Prioritize features and adjust for changes in Kodiak’s commercial and competitive context.
- Product definition: Define requirements to ensure they meet end user needs. Work closely with engineering to ensure the right product is built.
- Performance monitoring: Define and track KPIs, understand the state of our product readiness, and communicate progress to our customers.
- User feedback: Be the primary voice of the product and the end user, working closely with Kodiak’s customers to gain trust and channel feedback to internal teams.
- Communication: Provide clear updates to leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Travel: 25% travel required to visit Kodiak commercial deployments.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years experience working in Product Management, ideally in autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations management, supply chain management, and/or logistics
- Passion for working with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and create effective solutions
- Comfortable leading strategy execution in the midst of ambiguity and a dynamic market
- Experience building credibility and strong relationships within engineering and operations teams, and with external stakeholders and customers
- Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering, computer science, or a related field

The pay range listed below reflects the base salary across several internal levels. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors including: work location, experience, relevant training, education, skill level and performance during interview. Total compensation at Kodiak includes base pay, equity, bonus and a competitive benefits package.

$200,000$240,000 USD
