About this Job

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with data center networking architecture, operations, and power distribution systems within mission-critical facilities.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management within consumer electronics, IoT, or robotics, with experience shipping hardware products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with ROS/ROS2, simulation environments (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo), or on-device deployment (Jetson, TPU).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $177,000 - $257,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable network models and shape policies to handle real-time teleop streams and robot log offloads.
  • Optimize 5/6GHz RF bands and physical roaming frameworks for low-latency connectivity in complex 3D environments.
  • Engineer reliable E2E wireless links in high-noise venues and align critical SOPs with hardware partners.
  • Transform experimental lab setups into secure, least-privilege perimeters and negotiated firewall rules.
  • Tune device drivers and network interface hardware to optimize connectivity for next-gen robotic fleets.
