About this Job

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager for Physical AI in Life Sciences to advance meaningful alliances, community building, and developer/community engagement across automation in the life sciences sector. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Applied Research, and external partners. It is responsible for accelerating the adoption of NVIDIA's Physical AI stack in real-world experimental and production settings. This role must cover the full workflow spectrum from discovery labs through pilot, clinical, and commercial bio-manufacturing. It is not a generic BD role; it requires technical credibility, ecosystem leadership, and strong partner execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead strategic relationships with key partners and opinion leaders within the field of life sciences automation.

  • Build and activate a network across AI science factory builders, lab automation system developers, instrument ecosystems, and contract manufacturing and development organizations.

  • Promote NVIDIA Physical AI capabilities (Isaac Sim/Lab, Omniverse, Cosmos, Metropolis, cuOpt, Jetson/IGX) across the ecosystem.

  • Drive early adoption of NVIDIA technologies in robotic manipulation, work cell orchestration, digital twins, fleet optimization, and vision-based quality workflows.

  • Translate partner and market feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.

  • Work across the organization with Healthcare BD, DevRel, Product, Engineering, and Applied Research teams.

  • Speak at relevant scientific, technical, and industry conferences.

What We Need To See:

  • Master's, PhD, or equivalent experience in robotics, automation engineering, biomedical/chemical engineering, or related domain.

  • 8+ years working in automation within the biological sciences, robotics, manufacturing automation, or process development.

  • 4+ years in developer-facing strategic partnerships, ecosystem programs, or DevRel-style leadership.

  • Strong understanding of lab and manufacturing automation pertaining to the biotechnology sector, including regulated workflow constraints.

  • Hands-on experience in technical computing environments relevant to computational representation, digital counterparts, AI-enabled automation, or adjacent domains.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Proven leadership in robotics, lab automation, or manufacturing digital transformation related to the biological research field.

  • Track record building high-value ecosystem partnerships with measurable platform adoption outcomes.

  • Practical familiarity with NVIDIA-relevant platform areas (simulation, digital twins, vision AI, optimization, edge AI).

  • Strong conference and public speaking record in scientific or technical communities.

  • Proven track record in developing product direction through structured field feedback and requirement synthesis.
