Join us for a career full of opportunities. Where you can make a difference. Where no two days are the same.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead the configuration, integration, and operational reliability of SCADA systems across multiple industrial departments, ensuring robust support for real-time monitoring, control, and data acquisition.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SCADA platforms, including HMI development, alarms, dashboards, trends, and system reporting.
  • Support system architecture design, configuration management, and the full operational lifecycle of SCADA applications.
  • Collaborate in SCADA system integration with ER, SIA, IMA and other industrial systems through protocols such as OPC UA/DA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and MQTT.
  • Troubleshoot communication flows between PLCs, field devices, machines, SCADA platforms, and enterprise-level systems.
  • Contribute to validation activities—including FAT, SAT, testing, documentation—working closely with a dedicated Validation Engineer who oversees regulatory compliance, GxP alignment, and data integrity.
  • Support system assessments, manage deviations and change controls, and contribute to validation deliverables for regulated industrial environments.
  • Work collaboratively with automation, IT/OT, QCR, and manufacturing teams to ensure high availability and reliable performance of SCADA systems.
  • Provide technical input to project milestones, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure commitments and deadlines are met.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Technologies, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SCADA systems within industrial, manufacturing, pharma or similarly regulated environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in SCADA platforms—preferably GE iFIX—including configuration, system management, and HMI development.
  • Solid understanding of PLC integration and industrial communication protocols (OPC UA/DA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, MQTT).
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases for query execution, data storage, troubleshooting, and system interfacing.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking, OT cybersecurity practices, and best practices for secure and reliable operations.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Previous exposure to validation activities is a plus, but not mandatory—support will be provided by a Senior Validation Engineer.
