What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as a SCADA Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving innovation and operational excellence across our club manufacturing operations**.**In this dynamic position, you'll design, program, and maintain advanced SCADA and HMI syste

ms to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable control of production processes. You'll develop intuitive Ignition dashboards, integrate systems with PLCs, MES, ERP, and databases, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and IT to optimize performance and support continuous improvement. What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SCADA systems

• Inductive Automation Ignition certification is a plus

• Proficient in Python and Jython scripting for automation tasks

• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, BACnet)

• Familiarity with PLC programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)

• Experience integrating SCADA with MES or ERP systems

• Golf club assembly experience is beneficial

• Must meet physical and environmental requirements typical of a manufacturing setting

Pay Range: $88,253.00-$110,188.00
