YOUR TASKS

• 全面负责机器人关节项目的周期管理，在极具挑战性的时间节点下，统筹项目规划、执行与监控，确保项目按时、按质、按预算成功交付。 Take full responsibility for the robotics‘ joint project, managing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery under aggressive timelines.
• 作为核心枢纽，高效协调本地与德国，以及内部多部门资源，打破部门壁垒，推动跨职能团队紧密协作，解决项目推进中的关键问题。 Act as the central hub to efficiently coordinate resources across local and global, as well as multiple departments, breaking down silos and driving cross-functional teamwork to resolve critical project roadblocks.
• 主导与内部团队及外部供应商/合作伙伴的沟通与对接，建立并维护高效的协作关系，确保信息流畅，精准管理各方期望，保障项目顺利推进。 Lead communication and liaison with internal team and external suppliers/partners, establishing and maintaining efficient collaborative relationships to ensure smooth information flow, manage stakeholder expectations, and secure project progress.
• 具备前瞻性的风险管理能力，能主动识别项目潜在风险，并制定有效的应对预案。在问题出现时，能迅速响应、主动上报并推动解决方案的落地。 Possess forward-looking risk management skills, proactively identifying potential project risks and developing effective contingency plans. When issues arise, respond swiftly, escalate proactively, and drive the implementation of solutions.
• 对项目最终的完成负责，深度参与项目预算制定与成本控制，确保项目达成既定的技术与财务指标。 Take ownership of the project's ultimate accomplishment, deeply involving in budget planning and cost control to ensure the project meets its required technical and financial targets
• 持续推动项目流程优化与降本增效，积极寻求创新方案，提升项目执行效率和产品竞争力。 Continuously drive project process optimization and cost reduction, actively seeking innovative solutions to improve project execution efficiency and product competitiveness.
• 完成项目所需的其他工作。 Perform other tasks related with project.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 本科及以上学历，工程类或相关专业背景。 Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
• 具备3年以上项目管理经验，有独立主导复杂项目从0到1成功落地的完整经历。 Over 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of independently leading complex projects from concept to successful launch.
• 拥有极强的自驱力和责任感，在快节奏、高压力、多任务并行的环境下，依然能保持积极主动的工作状态和出色的交付能力。 Possess strong self-motivation and a deep sense of ownership, maintaining a proactive attitude and excellent delivery capability in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and multi-tasking environment.
• 具备卓越的沟通协调能力，善于整合资源，推动跨部门、跨层级的协作，是出色的团队凝聚者和推动者。 Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at integrating resources and facilitating cross-departmental and cross-hierarchical collaboration. A great team unifier and driver.
• 英语听说读写流利，能够将其作为工作语言，与国际团队进行无障碍沟通。 Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to use it as a working language for seamless communication with international teams and clients.
• 对机器人行业充满热情，有机器人或相关智能硬件行业经验者优先考虑。 Passionate about the robotics industry. Experience in robotics or related smart hardware sectors is a strong plus.
• 具备出色的抗压能力，能够适应项目关键节点的快节奏工作。 Outstanding ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment during critical project phases.
