Accountabilities

• Lead the development and implementation of breakthrough technologies with a focus on various robotics and digital tools.
• Research and adapt new technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Analyze operational data to discover new automation opportunities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to deliver significant technological advancements.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting control systems.
• Identify and evaluate cost-effective technology opportunities for development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and IT to align on project initiatives.
• Engage with equipment vendors, engineering consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical/control system design.
• Minimum 5 years in Consumer Products with experience in FDA or USDA regulated environments.
• Experience in both tactical and strategic project leadership.
• Demonstrated success in the commercialization of new automation technologies.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining external partnerships.
