What You'll Do

• Own the field installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of TARQAN robots
• Analyze errors and alerts coming from robots in live operations and respond quickly, on-site
• Escalate issues that can't be resolved in the field or require deeper technical analysis to the Ankara Engineering team, with clear and detailed handoffs
• Drive continuous improvement work focused on robot uptime, failure frequency, and response times
• Report field feedback regularly, feeding insights back into product development

Who You Are

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing machinery, automation systems, industrial equipment, AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, or production lines in the field
• Practical experience across both mechanical (assembly/disassembly) and electrical/electronic work (wiring, sensors, motor drivers, power and signal lines)
• Background in industrial environments such as factories, warehouses, or production facilities — familiar with how they run, their safety rules, and shift culture
• Experience diagnosing faults and performing root cause analysis via multimeters, HMI/PLC interfaces, and log/telemetry screens
