About this Job

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Training and experience in programming Siemens (TIA PORTAL / STEP7), HMI, and/or Omron Sysmac Studio PLCs.

  • Experience in programming industrial robots preferably Kuka, but we value knowledge in Fanuc and Mitsubishi robots.• Solid knowledge of electrical schematics and their interpretation.

Reporting to the Robotics and Automation Manager, this professional will have the key responsibilities:

  • Promote the improvement of existing manufacturing processes, in a perspective of gains in Safety, Quality

and Productivity;

  • Study improvements in tools and machines that allow improvements in quality, safety, environment and

production cost;

  • Develop specifications with the specification of how a machine should be built (type of materials to be used)

and its operation process;

  • Collaborate with quality and safety technicians in the continuous improvement of these areas.
