About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced robot programmer with strong expertise in robot painting / paint application. The assignment focuses on programming and optimizing industrial robots used in painting and coating processes, where precision, quality, and repeatability are critical.

You will work in a technically advanced production environment together with automation, process, and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Programming industrial robots for painting and coating applications

  • Working with Paint applications (spray logic, motion paths, process parameters)

  • Optimizing paint quality, cycle times, and process stability

  • Troubleshooting and fine-tuning robots in production environments

  • Close collaboration with automation, process, and production teams

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience in robot programming within paint / coating / spray applications

  • Hands-on experience with Paint applications for industrial robots

  • Solid understanding of industrial painting processes

  • Ability to work independently in complex technical environments

Meriting experience

  • Background from automotive or manufacturing industries

  • Experience with commissioning and production ramp-up

  • General knowledge of industrial automation and robotics

Personal qualities

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

  • High attention to detail and quality

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
