Delart is home to a team of world-class engineers and project leaders dedicated to developing the next generation of advanced networking technologies, consumer devices, and innovative technology solutions. Trusted by some of the world’s leading technology companies, we deliver highly scalable, mission-critical solutions that power both consumer and business applications globally. Since our founding in 2017, we have been at the forefront of designing cutting-edge networking, telecommunications, and consumer products, while driving end-to-end project execution and creating transformative technology applications.

Overview

Join a pioneering team driving advancements in wireless sensing technologies for augmented reality (AR), wearable devices, and robotics. As a research scientist, you will design, develop, and prototype innovative hardware and software systems that help define the next generation of perception capabilities in smart devices, with a direct impact on real-world products and research directions.

Responsibilities

  • Research, prototyping, and development of novel wireless sensing systems for AR, wearable, and robotic applications.
  • Design and implement hardware platforms and supporting software infrastructure to accelerate experimental research and technology validation.
  • Develop demonstrable prototypes showcasing wireless perception and sensing algorithms, and communicate outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, hardware, and research teams to turn exploratory concepts into actionable deliverables.
  • Publish research findings and contribute to the broader scientific and engineering community as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of research experience in one or more of the following domains:
    • Radio-frequency systems (e.g., wireless communication, radar, software-defined radios)
    • Signal processing and machine learning (e.g., DSP, wireless perception algorithms)
  • Proficient in Python, MATLAB, C++, or a similar programming language.
  • Experience with at least one major machine learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, MATLAB Deep Learning Toolbox).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines, including cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Deep expertise in signal processing, data analysis, or advanced machine learning model development, especially as applied to radar, lidar, or similar sensing modalities.
  • Hands-on experience developing research platforms or electronics for high-frequency sensing applications.
  • Proven track record communicating complex technical work clearly to both specialist and general audiences.
  • Publication record in top conferences or journals in wireless sensing, signal processing, or machine learning.
