Job Description
We’re hiring a Product Development Specialist to join our R&D Coffee Machines Development & Production team!

🎯 What you will do:
- Design & Development Support ideation, mechanical design, prototyping, and deployment of components and systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.
- System Integration Collaborate with cross‑functional R&D teams (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, HMI) to develop robust and cohesive system architectures.
- Technical Documentation Manage product specifications, BOMs, and technical drawings using PTC Creo and Windchill (training provided).
- Innovation & Sustainability Research emerging technologies and propose innovative, sustainable solutions for household products.
- Suppliers & Partners Contribute to supplier scouting, technical evaluations, and on‑site collaboration—availability for occasional travel required.
- Standards & Knowledge Sharing Support the development of design standards, documentation, and internal best practices.
- Change Process & KPIs Assist with change requests and monitor key KPIs such as on‑time delivery, functional non‑conformities, innovation metrics, and platform economics (COGS, Payback, NPV).
🧩 Requirements
Proven experience in product development or similar mechanical roles (e.g., mechanical designer/engineer, prototyping/lab test support, junior product engineer).
Solid understanding of mechanical principles (mechanics of materials, mechanical components, basic fluid dynamics/hydraulics).
Ability to grasp how mechanical systems function and how components interact.
Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and comfort interpreting data/KPIs.
Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work with multidisciplinary teams.
