Key responsibilities 

Shape the future of hardware development! We are looking for a dedicated Hardware Engineer (m/f/d) to integrate modern MPUs, SoCs, and high-speed interfaces, design precise analog circuits, and oversee verification as well as EMC-compliant implementation of our assemblies. Bring your expertise, collaborate in an innovative team, and develop sophisticated solutions for complex electronic systems. 

You will be mainly accountable for: 

  • Conceptualization and implementation of electronic circuits, including simulation and layout. 

  • Integration of modern MPUs and SoCs, as well as implementation of advanced high-speed interfaces (e.g., DDR4). 

  • Design of precise power supply systems for multi-voltage applications in the field of analog design. 

  • Execution of analog and digital simulations to ensure circuit functionality prior to prototyping. 

  • Systematic bring-up, hardware debugging, and verification of assemblies. 

  • Planning and support of EMC testing, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., CE, UL).

 

Qualifications for the role 

  • Degree in electrical engineering (or a comparable field) with at least 3 years of professional experience in hardware development. 

  • Solid knowledge in interfacing MPUs/SoCs/FPGAs, high-speed design, and common bus systems such as Ethernet or PROFIBUS. 

  • Proficient in analog circuit design and power supply concepts, with experience in EMC-compliant design and structured documentation. 

  • Confident in using Xpedition and common simulation tools (e.g., LTspice). 

  • Analytical working style, strong team skills, and clear communication abilities. 

  • Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
