Key Responsibilities
Under minimum supervision, applies functional specifications and uses engineering tools to design
hardware, electronic circuits, control systems or algorithms for new development and existing
products.
· Uses software tools or applications to analyse and conduct tests on electronics circuits or systems and
document performance in comparison with design criteria.
· Identifies the testing requirement at a component, integration and system level with the emphasis on
complying with test standards and Halliburton’s Health, Safety, and Environment procedures.
· Generate test procedures, conduct test and generate reports.
· Performs both engineering calculations and various statistical analysis as required.
· Develop and documents process flows, tooling, jigs, fixtures, test equipment, procedures, etc. using
appropriate engineering tools.
· Support technology transfer, product support for manufacturing and operations
· Interacts with suppliers to evaluate technical capabilities, to develop processes to ensure adherence
to Halliburton’s quality requirements and to help investigate any technical quality issues.
· Product Line governance and continuous improvement
· Support the Engineering Change process.
· Promotes and contributes to a cohesive team environment and maintains open lines of
communication with all levels of the organization

Work Experience
Analog and Digital electronics circuit design
· Evaluation and Testing of electronic systems at all stages of development
· Troubleshooting and diagnosis of prototype and Production Tools
· Engineering design calculations and analysis
· PCB schematics and layout design using Altium software or similar
· High Temperature and rugged electronics designs
· PC Software and Embedded firmware / microcontroller programming using C programming
· Experience with Halliburton processes and systems is preferred.
Benefits
Skills acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
discipline and 5 years of related experience. Completion of a master’s in electrical engineering or
similar discipline is preferred.
