R&D Software Senior Engineer

Our client is a global electronics and home appliances manufacturer seeking an experienced professional to join its R&D team.

• Develop, optimize, and validate embedded software for appliance control systems.

• Analyze system requirements, design software architecture, and implement software modules using C/C++.

• Design and implement control algorithms related to motor control, user interface, and sensor data processing.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation on physical hardware.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration and performance-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English for technical discussions and documentation.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Willingness to work on-site at a manufacturing or R&D facility.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in motor control or home appliance systems.

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ with knowledge of real-time control concepts, including PWM, ADC, timers, and interrupt handling.

• Experience using version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN) and issue tracking tools.

• Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and work with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and hardware debuggers.

• Experience with Field-Oriented Control (FOC) for BLDC motors is an advantage.
