Responsibilities

You will contribute to the development of advanced electronic test and measurement instruments, such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and related measurement systems. You will participate in system and hardware design and develop RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware based on product requirements.

Working closely with FPGA, software, system, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams, you will perform circuit design, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting activities throughout the product development lifecycle. You will contribute to product qualification and manufacturing readiness and collaborate with global R&D teams to help deliver high-quality measurement solutions to market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in hardware development.

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • RF/Microwave design

  • Analog circuit design

  • High-speed digital design

  • Mixed-signal system design

  • Signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis

  • Experience with schematic design, circuit simulation, hardware debugging, and design verification.

  • Basic hardware debugging and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing electronic test and measurement instruments.

  • Knowledge of FPGA-based systems or embedded technologies.

  • Experience with hardware design verification and validation.

  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and product development efficiency.

  • Working proficiency in English.
