Quality Engineer Intern

Occupation In the field of Programmable Display Device (HMI) for FA and Industrial PC (IPC): 1.Failure analysis and reliability control of HMI hardware (Osaka city) 2.Detailed root cause investigation and reproduction test of HMI hardware failures (Izumiotsu city in Osaka prefecture)

Internship program 1.Product failure analysis of HMI hardware -Checking symptoms of products returned from markets, performing reproduction tests and investigation for defective points - Investigating root cause of defect of mounted circuit boards (PCBAs) using circuit diagrams -Making requests for defect investigation to component suppliers and following up -Making investigation reports

2. Reliability control -Investigating new technologies and making reports -Documenting the knowledge gained by failure analysis

Intern Period At any time in a minimum of six months and a maximum of twelve months

インターンシップ内容 1. HMIハードウェアの製品故障解析 -市場返却品の症状確認、再現試験と、故障個所の絞り込み -回路図を見ながら実装基板（PCBA）の故障個所調査 -部品供給業者への調査依頼とフォローアップ -調査報告書作成

2.信頼性管理業務 -新技術の調査とレポート作成 -故障解析で得られた知識のドキュメント化

Students who: -Are enrolled in universities and graduate schools in Japan and overseas. -Have basic skills for office suite, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. (Keyboard input is required.) -Are capable of communicating in English or Japanese. (Japanese is used for communication with members in the team you are assigned to.) -Have basic knowledge of electric circuits.

参加資格 -国内外の大学・大学院に在籍する学生 -Excel, Word, Powerpointの基本操作ができること（PCのキーボード入力が出来ること） -英語または、日本語でコミュニケーションできる方（配属先社員とのコミュニケーションは日本語となります） -基本的な電気回路に関する知識を有している方
