*What Will You Do?*

Our team at St-Bruno, Howden Canada Covent Fans, is looking for a Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing service projects related to rotating equipment and original spare parts manufactured to the same high-performance standards as our products. You will work closely with the engineering, procurement, logistics, and production teams while acting as the main point of contact for customers. You will contribute to supporting our customers through advanced solutions that promote safety, reliability, efficiency, optimization, and environmental alignment.

**Main responsibilities:

**

  • Ensure the execution of projects by covering all phases of engineering, procurement, and logistic planning
  • Prepare customers quotes as per their needs
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, from order transfer to project closure.
  • Develop, monitor, and track project budgets, including expense forecasting.
  • Follow detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
  • Identify project-related risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and alignment.
  • Ensure consistent project delivery in compliance with internal processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and internal and external guidelines.

*Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…*

  • regular on site presence is require to ensure collaboration and follow with different team members
  • possibility to work remotely (1-2 days per week) depending on project need
  • language used on site is French. Advanced level of French is require

*Your Experience Should Be...*

  • Hold a college degree in project management, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

  • Organized, able to manage several projects at same time and autonomous

  • Proficiency in French and English.

    The requirement for a language other than French for this position is determined based on the responsibilities associated with the position, which require daily collaboration with colleagues, teams, and partners outside Quebec. The majority of our clients (over 95%) are companies outside Quebec.
