About The Role
We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join our growing team in Korea. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys leading complex, multidisciplinary projects. You will be responsible for managing the deployment of our robotic systems from contract signature to operational handover, ensuring excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Lead deployment projects from contract signature to handover to maintenance teams
- Drive diverse teams of experts through the design, installation, and commissioning of our solutions
- Ensure delivery on contractual commitments—on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction
- Identify and manage risks related to safety, performance, and cost
- Act as the main interface between Exotec and our clients and partners
- Advocate and uphold Exotec's methodology and standards of quality
- Collaborate with local and international teams to solve everyday project challenges
- Support the ramp-up of Exotec’s operations in Korea
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. If you meet some (not all) of the criteria below, we still encourage you to apply:
Strong planning and anticipation skills
Business acumen and a rigorous, structured approach to project management
Fluency in both Korean and English
Proven track record of guiding cross-functional project teams
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (30–50%)
Ability to occasionally support projects in Japan or other APAC countries
Having a track record of managing large-scale projects is a valuable asset (months- to year-long, multidisciplinary teams, multiple partners, multi-million dollar budgets)
A background in intralogistics, warehousing, or systems integration would be an interesting addition to your profile
Having knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in Korea is a plus
