Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manages projects for Automotive Microcontroller products, from medium to high complexity
• Performs project planning and execution, considering aggressive and best schedules all the time.
• Address project barriers and collaborate with all possible groups like design, process, or manufacturing.
• Full project accountability, able to scope all risks and with clear decision-making.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Min 10 years of working experience in Semiconductor, preferably in Test.
• Min Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Has demonstrated leading several projects, performed extensive project planning, reporting and documentation, including effective mitigation of project risks.
• Able to work with diversified culture
• Able to work independently
• Project Management Certification is an advantage
• Good command in English
