Job Title: Project Manager (IT/OT)
Location: Minnetonka, MN (Day1 onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SCADA Control and IT/OT Integration within the Energy and Utilities (E&U) sector. The ideal candidate will manage the Manufacturing portfolio as a Program Manager, overseeing project pipelines and programs in the OT/MES space. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT/OT and Manufacturing portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the OT/MES portfolio governance, including clear intake, prioritization, and stage gate control.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps and release planning across multiple plants, managing dependencies and shared resources effectively.
- Ensure integration oversight across the entire IT/OT stack, facilitating reliable data flows and master data alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Utilize Planview for program and portfolio management, ensuring transparency and accountability in project tracking.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of SCADA Control and IT/OT Integration in the Energy and Utilities sector.
- Proven experience in OT/MES portfolio governance with a focus on intake, prioritization, and stage gate control.
- Expertise in roadmap and release planning across multiple plants, with a strong ability to manage dependencies and shared resources.
