Job Requirements
Job Overview : In charge of Project Management for a project in Electrical &
Automation Department. Knowledge of Project management technics and tools.
Should have some experience in Engineering & Commissioning in Steel Industry.
Should have knowledge of Electrical Basic Engineering for steel industry.
Duties & Responsibility :
a. Is face of Primetals with Customers in Metals Industry viz Tata Steel,
JSW, AMNS, JSPL, JSL, SAIL, RINL and others.
b. Will Interact and co-ordinate with customers for planning and
scheduling.
c. Co-ordinate with Vendors Viz Siemens, ABB, NORD, TiMEC, etc. for
bought out items
d. Co-ordinate with Primetals Global companies for day-to-day project
work.
e. Primarily responsible for Cost control, project schedule control, quality,
Safety.
f. Prepare Plan and schedule
g. Evaluate Project Risks
h. Prepare Claims
i. Extensive Travelling in India and abroad.
j. Prepare project management documents.
Work Experience
Educational Qualification : BE/B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical/ Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering.
Work Experience : More than 7 years of Experience in Project Management / Lead Engineering /
Site Management in Metals Industry / Steel Plants.
Strong understanding of Industrial control system Specifically related to Metals
Industry (Upstream / downstream)
Ability to work independently or as a team member. Should be capable to lead a
team. Strong communication Skill and presentation skill.
