Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Telecommunications, or Physics.
• Minimum 8–10 years in microelectronics, with at least 3–5 years in secure hardware or cryptographic systems.
• Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL).
• Experience with EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics).
• Deep understanding of cryptographic primitives and protocols.
• Knowledge of secure communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, CAN).
• Familiarity with formal verification and hardware testing methodologies.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing complex hardware projects.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead the design and development of secure microelectronic systems (ASIC, FPGA, SoC) for cryptographic applications.
• Define hardware architectures that support advanced cryptographic algorithms (e.g., AES, RSA, ECC, post-quantum).
• Ensure compliance with international security standards (FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, Tempest).
• Oversee the implementation of countermeasures against physical attacks (side-channel, fault injection).
• Collaborate with software, cybersecurity, and systems engineering teams to ensure end-to-end security.
• Manage technical documentation, validation protocols, and certification processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and external collaborators.
• Interface with institutional clients and partners in defense, aerospace, and secure communications.
• Support strategic decision-making in cryptographic hardware roadmap and innovation.
