About this Job
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage the overall project lifecycle, from contract review to successful delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and scope.
- Project Initiation & Planning: Participate in pre-sales feasibility assessments, contract reviews, and project kick-off. Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, assemble and lead cross-functional teams, and secure necessary resources.
- Execution & Monitoring: Oversee all project details, ensuring meticulous execution of tasks. Personally engage in critical technical aspects when required. Monitor progress against plans and manage project budgets and costs.
- Stakeholder & Problem Management: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating seamlessly between internal teams (mechanical, electrical, software) and external clients or partners. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Quality & Risk Management: Implement rigorous quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automation/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial automation, with proven experience in robotics and automated systems.
- Core Skills: Solid understanding of PMP/process management principles, including scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Must be resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Language: Proficiency in Korean is essential for daily work communication (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications (Major Advantages):
Industry Experience: Prior work in a semiconductor company, especially with back-end processes (Assembly/Packaging/Test).
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with industrial robots (FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, KUKA) and their integration.
Experience with AGV/AMR and factory logistics automation systems.
Knowledge of PLC/HMI programming, motion control, and sensors.
Experience in Cleanroom environments and high-precision manufacturing (Semiconductor, FPD, Lithium Battery, Electronics).
Project Execution:
Experience in executing FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Familiarity with integrating automation systems with MES/WMS/SCADA.
Involvement in Smart Factory or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
