The Product Quality department in Residential EPAC is now looking for a Product Quality Specialist working with Husqvarna Robotic Lawn Mowers. Your Role

As a Product Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Robotic Lawn Mower products deliver world‑class performance throughout their lifecycle. You act as the single point of contact for quality‑related topics raised by our global After Sales companies and distributors.

Role Description

You will be the bridge between real‑world product performance and the teams developing the next generation of Husqvarna robotic solutions—ensuring our customers get the quality they expect from our products. You will:

  • Serve as the main contact for product quality improvements and provide clear guidance on both short‑ and long‑term solutions.
  • Work closely with R&D, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to analyze issues and feed insights into ongoing and future development projects.
  • Prioritize and report product improvements for existing platforms.
  • Support After Sales teams and dealers on‑site, with approximately 10–30 travel days per year.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, sharing insights through monthly reports and product improvement forums.
  • Train our After Sales organization on new and implemented product improvements.
  • Create Service Bulletins to ensure dealers receive accurate and timely information to support end‑customers.

Your profile

You are a collaborative, results‑driven team player who communicates comfortably with others and presents clearly to medium‑sized audiences. You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and can manage multiple projects in an organized way. Quality is your top priority—you understand the impact when it’s lacking and address issues confidently. You stay focused on the customer and consistently bring their perspective into the team’s work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 or more years of engineering, quality or after sales experience.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Desired Qualifications

  • Teaching skills
  • Highly organized and ability to manage several projects
  • Experience from a role within Customer Support (or similar)
  • Holistic system understanding for the interaction of mechanics – electronics – software
  • Knowledge in quality tools like FMEA, Six Sigma or 8D
  • Strong personal computer skills, to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Location: Our team is based in Huskvarna, where we believe in the value of working closely together. While some flexibility exists, we aim on-site presence, as collaboration is at the heart of how we work.
