We are looking for a Product Owner (Robotics) to undertake the coordination of a strategic autonomous robotic company product, ensuring alignment between diverse technical teams, market fit, project objectives, funding requirements, timelines, budget, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
End-to-end coordination of robotics project delivery, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timelines, budget, and technical specifications.
Monitoring of the physical and financial scope for R&D funding authorities.
Coordination with mechanical, software, embedded, AI, and UX teams to track progress, address blockers, and ensure effective collaboration.
Preparation, updating, and monitoring of project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, KPIs, deliverables, and reporting timelines.
Monitoring of project budget and justification of deviations
Communication with external partners, customers, certifiers, funding bodies and support during audit procedures
Project risk management and implementation of corrective measures
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related scientific field. A Master's degree would also be desirable
At least 5+ years of experience in technology project management, ideally co-funded (EU Horizon, Greek Research Funding etc.)
Good understanding of hardware/software project environments, ideally including robotics, embedded systems, AI, cloud, or systems integration.
Ability to technically document and understand hardware/software topics (robotics, embedded, AI, cloud)
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Knowledge of the Research management framework (MIS, OPS, technical bulletins, deliverables, etc.)
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
