Product Manager, Robot

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation cleaning robots from concept to market launch. You'll own the entire product lifecycle for new robot families, working closely with engineering to transform customer needs into innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities

• Define product requirements and specifications based on customer discovery

• Drive prototype development through from concept to production stages

• Manage pilot deployments and iterate based on field learnings

• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing for production readiness

• Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans with marketing

• Own P&L responsibility and business case development

• Transition products to sustaining team post-launch

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in hardware product management or engineering

• Experience taking products from concept to mass production

• Strong technical background in robotics, mechatronics, or similar

• Proven track record of successful product launches

• Experience with agile/lean product development

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
