Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB’s offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for the complete Product Portfolio of MOHP Drives including the Global Products and Local Variants in Indian market. 
• Monitor Market trends, changing Customer needs & new applications, and competitor actions to identify gaps and opportunity
• Leading the market intelligence analysis and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio and aligning Local roadmaps and priorities with Global Product Management while representing critical needs.
• Manage MOHP-Drives variants' across the full product lifecycle from Launch to Phase out
• Define portfolio positionings, value propositions and differentiation in the local market
• Ensure Compliance with Local Regulations, Proper Documentations and timely resolution of product risk and Issues
• Coordinates cross functions work with Sales, Services, Operations, Engineering, supply chain, R&D and Quality Department
• The role is part of the Global and Local Product management Team and act as the Link between Local market needs and Global Product strategies.

Qualifications for the role

• Full time BE/ B.Tech EE or Electronics
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in LV and/or MV Drives
• Good analytical skills
