About this Job

About Us

Array Labs builds advanced radar systems to help humanity understand and respond to changes across the physical world.

We're launching a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create a high-resolution 3D map of the Earth, updated in real time, enabling faster, smarter decision-making for government and commercial organizations supporting disaster response, infrastructure resilience, and mission-critical geopolitical intelligence.

We design and build our satellites end-to-end, producing the world's most advanced earth observation satellites. Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they're needed most.

Responsibilities

  • Own the imagery product roadmap, driving the evolution of 2D imagery into market-ready 3D data products
  • Lead engineering delivery — set the standard, clear the path, and drive planning, roadmap, and capacity
  • Write and ratify product requirements in partnership with engineering, program management, legal, and privacy teams
  • Define and track OKRs and product metrics tied to business outcomes, and develop business cases with clear success criteria for new features and investments

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing technical delivery teams and at least one technical product taken from inception to market
  • Familiarity with radar/SAR, geospatial, computer vision, image processing, or 3D data formats and workflows
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience using data and quantitative analytics to drive product decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, geospatial science, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with computer vision pipelines, photogrammetry, LiDAR, or 3D reconstruction technologies
  • Experience launching a net-new imagery or data product
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or tools used in data-heavy or imagery-based workflows
  • Background with data-centric products — APIs, data pipelines, visualization platforms
  • Prior experience working with the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Prior experience working with commercial enterprises supporting geospatial applications
  • Familiarity with AI and automation applied to geospatial or imagery workflows

$150,000 - $250,000 a year

Compensation & Benefits

Our hiring and compensation strategy is simple: find uncommonly good people and pay them uncommonly well.

We offer high flexibility between salary and equity-based compensation. Final candidates can choose from three compensation mixes: low, medium, or high equity. Equity is a significant component of total compensation, and we aim to provide meaningful ownership for this role.

Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, commuter benefits, and more.

Interview Process

We will conduct interviews via Google Meet with the potential for an onsite visit; the typical process takes around 3-5 weeks to complete from start to finish.
