Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:
Process Utilities Technician (Chemical Dosing)
Your Responsibilities
- Make sure efficient usage of existing facilities.
- Ensure chemical dosing is correct always, no impact to production.
- To create a qualified 6S working environment.
- To monitor sub- contractors’ activity during construction period, including move-in, installation and commissioning.
- Improve personal accomplishment and professional quality, and cooperate with the team leader to build a harmonious team.
- Monitor dosing syatem on SCADA.
- Makeup production related dry chemicals.
- Replace chemical correctly and in time.
- Taking samples for analysis by laboratory after making up chemical for production.
- Strict supervision of chemical dosing system, to do a good job of system records such as replacement records.
- Trouble shooting support.
- When an abnormal situation occurs, it should immediately notify the foreman, and actively cooperate with the foreman in response to the ORP emergency procedures.
- Other job assignment from superior.
Your Profile
- Completion of technical school with major environmental protection/chemistry.
- Basic English Communication skills.
- Good computer skills - process control system.
- Ability to operate operation independently.
