Your new adventure

You will support the assembly line directly by developing and optimizing compact assembly fixtures and their control systems, ensuring smooth assembly processes throughout the entire lifecycle:

  • Programming and further development of PLC control systems (Siemens TIA Portal) for assembly equipment and fixtures

  • Development and optimization of automation solutions in assembly processes

  • Adaptation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing PLC programs in a production environment

  • Troubleshooting and fault analysis directly on the assembly line during ongoing operations

  • Support during commissioning and acceptance of assembly equipment and fixtures

  • Implementation and enforcement of programming standards and documentation

  • Integration and support of visualization and SCADA systems

  • Close collaboration with production, maintenance, and engineering teams

 

Your skills and experiences

  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship or HTL) in automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens (TIA Portal / S7)

  • Hands-on experience in an industrial environment and a strong understanding of assembly processes in series production

  • Experience with control cabinet construction, EPLAN, or electrical design is an advantage

  • Team player with the ability and motivation to work closely with production teams

  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working

  • Very good German and good English skills

We offer

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,947.89 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment. We will be happy to discuss the details personally as part of our application process.
