What is the role?

As a PLC Software and Controls Engineer for a production line  you will be expected to design, program, and maintains industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, robots) to automate manufacturing processes, ensuring high-speed, accurate, and efficient operation. You will  troubleshoot, optimize, and document systems, such as conveyor belts and packaging machines, to maximize uptime and minimize production errors. 

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Planning and building controls and software for a production system with sub-suppliers
  • Taking into operation the system with sub- suppliers 
  • Designing special soft- and hardware solutions and their needed interfaces
  • Taking over the whole system, operate, optimize and maintain the system after frist launch
  • Communication with users and coordination of their needs and necessities 
  • Мaintaining documentation
  • Instruction of the operators

What do we look for?

  • Master degree in either electronics or software
  • Well educated in PLC programming and IT-architectures
  • Experienced in state of the art control systems - i.e Siemens, Allen Bradley
  • Good knowledge of operating- and test systems
  • Experienced with MES-Systems
  • Quality systems and resumeData filing 
  • Competence in automated screwing systems 
  • Analyzing and bug identification competence
  • Training / instruction of „end users“
