Responsibilities

Delivery of PLC software for project, which includes:

• Writing associated software requirements

• Writing associated software design

• Software coding according to the design specifications

• Writing related software unit test documents

• Testing the software to guarantee software integrity and stability

• Software package integrate process

• Communicate with clients, vendors and other team members to ensure all required functionality is provided

• Writing software package release documents in accordance with company quality procedure

• Support Test and Commissioning on site

• Fix PCR raised

Delivery of PLC hardware design, which includes:

• Design PLC hardware configuration and control communication network

• Test and verify functionality of PLC hardware and control communication network

• Ensure compatibility of PLC hardware and software

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline.

• Experience inprogramming automation and controls system involving PLCs(programmable logic controllers) is an advantage.

• PLC logic and programming with any of the following PLCs:Allen Bradley, Modicon, GE Fanuc, Schneideris an advantage

• Have a clear understanding of ladder logic, structural text programming and functional block programming. Experience with logic auto-generation from templates is a plus.

• Knowledge of PLC hardware

• Knowledge of Station and Tunnel Environment System

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings

• Must be a quick learner and able to work under pressure on live operating control systems

• Good command of both written and spoken English
