The Impact You'll Make

 Ensure the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of the automated aluminum manifold punching line through technical operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor the performance of automated punching cells. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or basic programming faults. Ensure compliance with quality parameters for produced parts. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and peripheral equipment. Document incidents, adjustments, and technical reports. Actively participate in continuous improvement processes and failure analysis (Kaizen, 5S, Ishikawa, etc.). Collaborate with the quality, maintenance, and engineering departments to optimize the process. Train operators in basic operation and safety aspects of the line. Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE.

What We're Looking For

• Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings. Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and basic PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.). Use of measuring instruments: caliper, micrometer, comparator. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Operation of HMI software (desirable).
